This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how “AI-powered game QuestMind” (“QuestMind,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), developed by Alexey Nikitin, handles information when you use QuestMind (the “App”). II. INFORMATION WE PROCESS

Our mission is to provide a fun and AI-powered quest-generation feature. We strive to be transparent about any data that the App may collect and process.

A. Personal Data

• We do not collect or request you to provide personal data.
• We do not require you to create an account or identify yourself in order to use the App.

B. Quest Content Data

• We only store quest-related data (the “Quest Data”), which generally includes textual or other content you provide within the App to generate or track quests. This data does not contain personal information unless you choose to include personally identifying details within the quest text itself.
• Any quest content you send to our AI system is processed by OpenAI for the generation of quest-related outputs.

C. Third-Party Services

• Firebase (Analytics): We use Firebase solely to gather aggregated usage data (e.g., session length, general device information). This helps us improve the App. We do not link these analytics with personal identifiers.
• OpenAI (Quest Generation): We rely on OpenAI to generate game quests. Quest data may be sent to OpenAI’s servers for the sole purpose of providing AI-driven features. Please consult OpenAI’s privacy terms to understand its handling of inputs.
• RevenueCat (Subscription Purchases): We use RevenueCat to allow subscription purchases within the App. We do not process or store your personal or financial data; RevenueCat may collect certain information to facilitate transactions. For more details, please review RevenueCat’s privacy policy.

III. THE PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

A. To Provide and Maintain the App

We process Quest Data (non-personal) to generate quests, deliver personalized quest recommendations, and enhance App functionality.

B. Analytics and Improvement

We use Firebase analytics in aggregated form to optimize the App, track performance, and troubleshoot potential issues; these analytics do not identify you personally.

C. Communication

If you contact us directly via email or another channel, we will use the information you provide (which you voluntarily share) to respond to your inquiries.

IV. SHARING OF YOUR INFORMATION

A. Third Parties

• We may share automatically collected data (non-personal) with our third-party analytics providers (e.g., Firebase) to help us improve user experience.
• Quest Data may be shared with OpenAI to generate AI-based outputs.
• Subscription payment-related data is handled by RevenueCat and/or the relevant app store/payment platform. We do not receive your banking or credit card details.

B. Legal Requirements

• We may disclose your non-personal data if required to do so by law, or if we believe it is necessary to:
  • Comply with a legal obligation.
  • Protect our rights or the App’s integrity.
  • Investigate and prevent fraud or security concerns.

V. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

We operate globally and our third-party service providers (Firebase, OpenAI, RevenueCat) may process data outside your home jurisdiction. By using the App, you understand and consent to the transfer of information to countries which may have different data protection rules than your country of residence.

VI. DATA RETENTION

• We keep Quest Data as long as it is necessary to provide the App’s features and as permitted by law.
• Firebase’s aggregated analytics data is retained per Firebase’s default policies; consult their documentation for more details.

VII. EXERCISING YOUR RIGHTS

Because we do not gather identifiable personal data, most data protection rights (such as the right to delete or correct personal information) may not apply. If you believe you have inadvertently provided personal information or wish us to remove certain Quest Data, please contact us via the information below, and we will handle such requests in good faith as applicable.

VIII. HOW TO OPT OUT

• Analytics: You can disable analytics in your device or application settings if such an option is available, or otherwise contact us. Note that disabling analytics may limit our ability to improve the App.
• AI Processing: If you do not wish to have your quest content analyzed by AI, you should not use the quest-generation features.

IX. SECURITY

We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is entirely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your Quest Data.

X. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

QuestMind is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or under the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and any Quest Data containing personal details about children is solely at the user’s discretion. If you learn that a child has provided personal data without parental consent, please notify us so we may promptly delete such information.

XI. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may occasionally make changes to this Policy. When we do, we will post the updated Policy and indicate the date of revision. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about how we collect and process information.
